Join our Coaching Leadership Team (The 'CLT")
Consider doing something very special - with 3 hours per week of your time.
If you reside in Ontario and enroll in the Coaching Program (which you can do at no cost to you), one way you can earn enough EXTRA money so you can afford to help your kids achieve their FIA Goals (the Coaching Program's Strategy 1) is by working 3 hours per week from home - when your schedule allows - as a Team Captain on our part-time CLT (the Team Captain role is one of four CLT positions).
If you:
have good communication skills;
would be comfortable building (with our help) and then overseeing a small part-time Team of 10 Assistant Captains (fellow parents who are also enrolled in the Program); and
could become passionate about enabling (through your Team) thousands of OTHER parents to substantially increase their children's standard of living;
you may be well-suited to serve on our part-time CLT as a Team Captain. We are looking for 10 Ontario-based Team Captains.
Team Captain Profit Targets
Team Captains are not employees, rather each operates their own part-time home-based business.
Accordingly, rather than having 'on-target earnings', each Team Captain has a 'profit target' (before tax) of $81,080 in Year-1; $48,592 in Year-2; $75,048 in Year-3; $101,504 in Year-4; $127,960 in Year-5; $129,416 in Year-6; and $110,488 in Year-7.
Organized Geographically
Since the provision of our Coaching services is organized geographically, if you join our Ontario-based CLT as a Team Captain, you will be responsible for remotely overseeing our Coaching Program in a total of 130 urban area 'Neighborhoods', situated in Ontario (see an example of one of our Toronto Neighborhoods, 'Willowdale East', depicted in the map below).
Full Training & Ongoing Support
If you become a Team Captain, you will report to - and will be coached by - one of our Chief Enrollment Officers.
We will provide you with world-class training and continuing support, in a manner that embraces the unique part-time, work-from-home remotely (when your schedule allows) nature of the Team Captain role.
