If you're pregnant or have a new baby, consider becoming a part-time BIG Shift Team Leader.
One of the groundbreaking strategies for new-parents enrolled in our FREE Coaching Program, is to offer special part-time jobs - to enable them to earn enough extra income - so they can afford (in after-tax dollars) to:

help their baby accumulate the $10 million in retirement savings they'll likely need by age 65 (as a result of inflation);

accumulate $227,000 for their baby's university education; and

accumulate a $300,000 down payment for their baby's first home, by the time their son or daughter is age 25.

One of these special part-time jobs is the Team Leader role, on each of the 3,960 part-time BIG Shift Teams we're creating across Canada.

Year-1 Snapshot
If you become a Team Leader, you will have on-target earnings totalling $57,505 (before tax), over the next 12 months, by (flexibly) working an average of 7 hours per week - when your schedule allows.
If you are required to pay 30% in income tax & statutory deductions on these part-time Team Leader earnings ($17,251), with the remaining $40,254, you should be able to invest:

$36,922 for your baby's retirement, which will put them on track to accumulate their $10,000,000 by age 65, without them having to invest ANY money themselves;

$1,666 for your baby's education; and

$1,666 towards a down payment on your baby's first home;
all within the ZERO-Fee S&P 500 Index Fund we're launching for babies.
Year-2 (optional) Snapshot

If you elect to continue serving as a part-time Team Leader for a second year, your on-target earnings will increase to $80,000.
And, if you are required to pay 35% in income tax & statutory deductions on these part-time earnings ($28,000), with the remaining $52,000, you should be able to invest:

$26,000 more for your baby's education; and

an additional $26,000 towards a down payment on your baby's first home;
Year-3 (optional) Snapshot

If you decide to continue serving as a part-time Team Leader for a third year, your on-target earnings will continue to be $80,000.
If you are required to pay 35% in income tax & statutory deductions on these part-time earnings ($28,000), with the remaining $52,000, you should be able to invest:

a final $27,039 for your baby's education;

a final $12,881 towards a down payment on your baby's first home; and

$12,080 for your own retirement
If the S&P 500 averages a 9% return over the next 65 years, which is less than what it averaged over the past 65 years, because you and your baby won't pay ANY investment fees or management fees, your baby should be able to accumulate:

$10,000,175 in retirement savings by age 65;

$227,075 for 4 years of university, beginning when they're age 17; and

$300,005 by age 25, for a down payment on their first home.

If you are 32 years old when you invest the extra $12,080 of your Year-3 part-time Team Leader earnings, this - itself - should grow to $207,559 by the time you are age 65.
And, this itself - should contribute an average of $18,600 per year in retirement income for you (without depleting your retirement savings).
So, if you live to age 90, this should total $467,008 in retirement income (before tax)

Year-1: a closer look

Let's now have a quick look at what you will actually do during the next 12 months, if you become one of our part-time Team Leaders:

BIG Shift Members
With assistance from your Area Vice President and the Expert Marketing & Social Media Teams we'll soon have, (and with the extensive multi-channel Member advertising and social media campaigns they'll administer), you will begin by signing up 2 Members.
As you may know, BIG Shift Members pay a one-time $499 fee (including HST) and will receive Rewards worth many orders of magnitude more than their membership's one-time $499 cost:

we'll give each a total of $780 in Free Product & Service Rewards -- over the next 6 years. They'll be able to use these Rewards (in whatever increments they wish and over whatever time period they want- because these Rewards don't expire) to enjoy - at absolutely NO COST to them - whatever products & services they wish from hundreds of local and online businesses; and

we give each Member $50,000 in ZERO-Fee Investment Rewards. Pursuant to a Prospectus, they'll have the option (whenever they wish) to move up to $50,000 of their investment portfolio into the same ZERO-Fee S&P 500 Index Fund we're opening for babies and their parents, so that they too can pay absolutely no fees, ever.
At first glance, not having to pay investment or management fees on $50,000 may not seem very significant. However, when you consider the impact of compounding, the value of this BIG Shift Reward can be quite substantial.
For example, if a 30 year old pays 4/10ths of 1% in fees on $50,000, their $50,000 should grow to $968,840* by the time they're age 65.
By comparison, if they aren't required to pay ANY investment or management fees, their $50,000 should grow to $1,112,560* by age 65, which is $143,720 more!
Even more significantly, this should provide them with an average of $16,810* more in retirement income per year.
So, if they live to age 89, this should total $403,440* in ADDITIONAL retirement income, ALL as a result of them not having to pay a seemingly insignificant 4/10ths of 1% in fees, on their $50,000.

The proceeds from these BIG Shift Memberships will enable us to complete the BIG Shift infrastructure throughout Canada, which should enable us to help a growing number of new-parents each year, with the BIG Shift for their babies.

Your 10 Team Members

Each of your 10 part-time Team Members will have Year-1 on-target earnings totalling $15,871, for working an average of just 3 hours per week.
Your Team Members will be paid a commission of $214.75 for each of the 74 BIG Shift Members they help sign-up.
74 Members x $214.48 commission each = $15,891.

If a Team Member pays 30% in income tax & statutory deductions on these earnings ($4,768), and invests for their baby the remaining $11,123 in our ZERO-Fee S&P 500 Index Fund retirement account, it should grow to $3,133,372 in retirement savings by the time their child is age 65.
This is 31.33% of the $10,000,000 retirement savings goal, which we currently recommend for each baby (because of inflation).

And, this - itself - should provide the Team Member's child with an average of $282,003* in retirement income per year (without depleting their $3,133,372 in Retirement Savings).
So, if their child lives to age 90, this should total $7,050,086 in retirement income.

Team Members will also enjoy the many other benefits of being enrolled in our cost-free Coaching Program.
For example, they too will be able to avoid paying any investment fees or management fees by investing for their own retirement with our ZERO-Fee Investment Funds.
For instance, if a Team Member contributes $15,000 per year into their RRSP, from age 30 to age 65, and
they pay 4/10ths of 1% in fees, by age 65, they should have $3,364,180 in retirement savings.
By comparison, if the Team Member's RRSP is invested in our in our ZERO-Fee S&P 500 Index Fund, by age 65, they should have $3,701,255 in retirement savings, which is $337,075 more.

Moreover, this additional retirement savings - itself - should produce for the Team Member $43,793 more in retirement income per year (before tax).
So, if the they live to age 90, this should total an extra $1,094,836 in retirement income, all for not paying a seemingly insignificant 4/10ths of 1% in fees (view a PDF summary of this comparison).

Your Team Members may also apply for one or more other special part-time parent jobs we will introduce. Or, they may wish to operate any of the many part-time parent-businesses we will facilitate.
As just one example, we will be training a growing number of part-time Coaches, who will help other new-parents with the BIG Shift.
These part-time Coaches will have on-target pre-tax earnings of $66,667 per year. So, a Team Member who becomes a Coach, and is required to pay 30% in income tax & statutory deductions ($20,001) on their part-time Coaching earnings, with the remaining $46,666, in their first year as a Coach, they should be able to invest:

an additional $26,445 for their baby's retirement, which should put them on track to accumulate their $10,000,000 by age 65, without them having to invest ANY money themselves;

$10,111 towards a down payment on your baby's first home; and

$10,110 for your baby's education;
all within the ZERO-Fee S&P 500 Index Fund we're launching for babies.

Then, during their second year as a Coach, they should be able to invest:

$31,224 more towards a down payment on their baby's first home, which should be sufficient to enable their child to accumulate a $300,000 down payment by age 25; and

an additional $15,442 for their baby's education.
Finally, during their third year as a Coach, they should be able to invest:

$34,101 more towards their baby's education, which should be sufficient to pay $227,073 for their child's university education, beginning at age 17; and

$12,565 for their own retirement.
If a Team Member who then becomes a Coach is 33 years old when they invest - for their own retirement - the extra $12,565 of their part-time Coaching earnings, this - itself - should grow to $198,066 by the time you are age 65.
And, this itself - should contribute an average of $17,826 per year in retirement income for you (without depleting your retirement savings).
So, if you live to age 90, this should total $445,649 in retirement income (before tax)

Here's a PDF summary for part-time Team Members who elect to serve as part-time Coaches for 3-Years.

Year-1 Team Leader Compensation

You will be paid a commission of $77.50 for each of the 742 Members you and your Team collectively sign up.
[742 Members x $77.50 each = $57,505]

Please note that, together, the $214.75 your Team Members will earn and the $77.50 you will earn for each Member - represent 68.5% of the $426.62 (after-sales tax & credit card processing fees) net proceeds from each Membership.
And, when the $58.45 in employer contributions (CPP & EI) on these earnings are factored in, this totals $350.70 of each Membership's $426.62 net proceeds, which is 82.2%.
